Judith Hines Cato, was born and raised in Mount Salem, Saint James where she attended Ms. Kate’s Basic school and then Mount Salem Primary School. From there Judith went on to Mount Alvernia High School.
Judith is a proud mother of two sons and her passion is to help children in their quest for a better education.
Judith servers as the events coordinator for Kids In Need, Inc.
