Herbert Wallace

Herbert George Wallace was born on June 28, 1959 and hails from Retrieve District, Cambridge St. James where he has  lived since birth.  Herbert attended the Retrieve All Age School, went on to high school at Cornwall College in Montego Bay; attended Mico Teachers’ College and graduated as a trained teacher in 1980.  He continued his studies at the United Theological College and later at the University of the West Indies; all with the very strong support of his mother Mrs. Winifred Waite-Reid.

Herbert currently works at the Statistical Institute of Jamaica where he been since 1983 in the role of Senior Supervisor.  He is also a Justice of the Peace, an Elder at the Seaford Town Seventh Day Adventist Church and Chairman at the Retrieve All Age School; his Alma Marter.

Herbert is the “in country” Liaison Officer for Kids In Need, Inc.
